Ironman 70.3

Here I will be posting updates about my Ironman 70.3 training. The “70.3” refers to the total distance in miles (113.0 km) covered in the race, consisting of a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim, a 56-mile (90 km) bike ride, and a 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run. My motivation to enter this event is the fact that it is one of the ultimate tests of psychological strength and emotional and physical fitness. I’m training with Kaustubh Radkar from Radstrong who has completed the Full Ironman 13 times, and is a great help and source of inspiration.
